Overview: Voice For Calls speaks the name of the contact who is calling you
If they have no name saved then it will speak the number. This is useful since you don't have to look at the phone screen to know who is calling. It uses Android's built in text to speech ability and starts upon each boot. You MUST reboot after installing.
